Effective July 17, 2026

Your inner work deserves careful privacy.

This notice explains how The Inner Pattern uses account, assessment, learning, relationship, coaching, and communication information.

Information we use

We use information you provide to create your account, deliver your assessment and courses, save your progress, respond to support or coaching requests, operate consent-led relationship features, and complete purchases. We collect only what the relevant feature needs.

Private by default

Assessment answers and results, private notes, learning progress, relationship information, coaching information, and payment records are not made public. Connected people do not automatically receive access to one another’s information.

Email and consent

Transactional account and result messages are separate from marketing. Course, cohort, and formation updates are sent only with marketing consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing without losing necessary account messages.

Providers and security

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, forms, video, and payments. Access is limited to operational need. We do not sell private assessment, journal, relationship, or coaching information.

Connected social accounts

When you deliberately connect a social account, we use the account identifier, display name, encrypted authorization token, selected content, publishing instructions, post status, and available performance metrics needed to provide that feature. We request platform permissions only for features you choose to use. We do not ask for or store your social account password.

Social publishing and analytics

Approved content and its caption may be sent to the platform destinations you select, including Google or YouTube, Meta or Instagram, Facebook and Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok where available. Those platforms process the content under their own privacy terms. Returned post identifiers and permitted metrics may be stored so you can see delivery status and learn what performed. We do not publish without an explicit approval or schedule.

Disconnecting and deletion

You may revoke a social connection in the relevant platform settings and request deletion of connection records from The Inner Pattern at connect@theinnerpattern.com. Revoking access stops future platform requests but does not remove posts already published; those must be managed on the destination platform. Tokens and temporary publishing files are retained only as operationally necessary and are deleted or replaced when no longer needed, subject to security, legal, and backup requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional consent by contacting connect@theinnerpattern.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, transactions, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
