Refund and cancellation requests are handled clearly and personally.
Before payment, the checkout will show the price, what is included, delivery timing, and any provider-specific conditions.
Digital reports and courses
If a paid digital item is not delivered or cannot be accessed, contact connect@theinnerpattern.com so the team can restore access or review a refund. Requests involving already delivered or substantially accessed digital content are reviewed with the applicable law and checkout terms.
Coaching and cohorts
Cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, and refund conditions are presented before a coaching or cohort booking is confirmed. Contact the team as early as possible when circumstances change.
Payment-provider timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, wallet, and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Request a review
Email connect@theinnerpattern.com with the account email, order reference, item purchased, and reason for the request. Do not send passwords, full card details, or private assessment answers.
